What sits behind a shipment

Procurement
Procurement professionals working directly with mills, crushers, processors and manufacturing principals, so quantity and quality are secured before an order is confirmed rather than after.
Quality control
Dedicated quality controllers checking every consignment against its written specification, with independent pre-shipment analysis arranged where the buyer or the destination market requires it.
Warehousing
Warehousing at Bhiwandi outside Mumbai, with stock rotation, stacking discipline and temperature and humidity conditions matched to each product's storage requirement.
Material on the spot
A dedicated division that holds international products in local stock, so buyers who need small quantities quickly are not forced into an import cycle to get them.
Logistics channel
Our own transportation fleet plus tie-ups with courier and transport agents, which is what lets us deliver into remote locations rather than only to major hubs.
Documentation
Export documentation prepared in-house: certificate of analysis, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, fumigation certificate and shipment documents to the letter of credit.

How an order moves
The sequence every consignment follows, from first enquiry to documents negotiated.
Enquiry
You send the product, grade, quantity and destination port. We confirm availability and quote.
Specification agreed
The written specification is confirmed in advance — including any tightened limit your market requires.
Procurement & inspection
Material is procured, checked against specification and, where required, inspected by an independent agency before shipment.
Documentation
COA, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and fumigation certificate prepared to the letter of credit.
Loading & despatch
Stuffed and loaded at Nhava Sheva, Mundra or Kandla, with photographs of the loaded container on request.
After shipment
Documents couriered and negotiated. We stay on the file until the consignment clears at destination.
